Information we collect
We may collect identity and contact details, current and proposed name details, address and eligibility information, account and login records, order and delivery details, correspondence, technical security logs and payment status. Card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored in full by us. If you use Google sign-in, we receive the account details needed to authenticate you.
Why we use it
We use personal information to check service eligibility, prepare and deliver ordered documents, take payment, operate customer accounts, answer enquiries, prevent fraud, keep business records and comply with law. The usual lawful bases are performance of a contract, steps requested before a contract, legal obligations and our legitimate interests in securing and improving the service.
