Our service

We provide document preparation, printed packs and practical information. We are not a firm of solicitors and do not provide regulated legal advice or represent customers. General information on this site is not a substitute for advice about an individual situation.

Eligibility and customer information

You must check that the selected service is suitable and provide complete, accurate and lawful information. Different rules may apply to children, people living outside the UK, restricted names or complex family circumstances. We may pause or cancel an order if information is incomplete, appears unlawful or falls outside the service.

Prices, payment and delivery

The total price, any VAT, delivery charge and available delivery method are shown before payment. Payment is taken through the payment method displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are estimates, and we will tell you about material delays. Risk in physical goods passes on delivery.

Cancellation, digital content and refunds

Consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period for distance contracts. If you expressly ask us to begin a personalised service or supply digital content during that period, your cancellation right may be reduced or lost once the service is fully performed or the download begins, as permitted by law. Personalised documents and goods made to your specifications may not be cancellable once work has started. This does not affect rights where goods or services are faulty, not as described or not supplied with reasonable care and skill. To cancel, email us with your name and order number.

Signing and acceptance

You are responsible for following the signing, witnessing and record-update instructions. Acceptance decisions are made independently by each receiving organisation, which may request additional evidence or follow its own current policy. We do not claim government approval or guarantee acceptance by every organisation.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for business losses where you buy as a consumer, or for delays outside our reasonable control.

Complaints and governing law

Please send complaints to info@uklegaldocuments.com. We will acknowledge and investigate them promptly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; consumers may also rely on mandatory protections and courts available where they live in the UK.
